Welcome to Owl Investigations tracing information. We hope that we can help you to find someone, from a missing person or runaway to debtors and witnesses of crimes.
Since our establishment in 2001, we’ve helped to reunite many of the 750000+ Leeds based population. We’re proud to be local and our community knowledge places us ahead of national firms with offices based several miles, or counties, away. We know where to look and who to ask so this often decreases the amount of time spent waiting and worrying about the person. We strive for a positive accurate result, and this is frequently achieved within 48 hours.
Since August 2017 we’ve been under new management and we’re determined to reunite people, end miserable separations and to restore peace of mind.
The National Crime Agency’s 2014 national statistics showed that 89% of missing people were discovered within 48 hours and 97% of these were found safe.
Our tracing specialists are committed to excellence, are adept and experienced. They are also friendly, understanding and realise that life isn’t easy or the stuff of fairy-tales. Expect no judgement, scolding, crassness or tactless comments. We’ve seen it all.

Did you know…?
If a missing person, or someone who believes that their family may have reported them as missing enters a police station with identification, a passport or driving licence perhaps, the police will confirm that they are safe and well BUT if they are an adult and do not wish their whereabouts to be revealed to the person who reported them as missing, the police will not disclose the address. However, if they are a vulnerable person or a minor, for protection, the police may take a different course of action. In both instances there is no guarantee of an address being received by the person who is searching for the missing person.
For our tracing team to initiate an investigation, it is helpful to have as much information as possible, but a few basic facts can be enough to proceed.
Please contact Owl Investigations tracing team without delay; we’ll move swiftly and efficiently to find the subject of an investigation.
